All Citizen racers are required to own or purchase a one-day USCF racing license. Category 5 classes may be combined or distances adjusted race day. $5.00 Late entry fee for all events except Category 5. Late entry fee date is May 22, 2006. Registration closes 1/2 hour before event. NO FREE LAP at the Melon City Criterium. The Melon City Criterium is located in Weed Park, Muscatine, Iowa. Parking is available at Muscatine Community College parking lot. No alcoholic beverages allowed in park. No open alcoholic containers allowed on any city street. Please obey No Parking signs. Please use designated areas to change clothes. Rest rooms & pool bathhouse will be open. Registration is from 7:30 am in the park adjacent to the start/finish line. You must pick up your numbers before the close of registration for your event. If you fail to pick up your number on time, you may forfeit your entry fee and your number will be offered to riders on any waiting lists. You will not be allowed to race if you do not have your racing license. You are required to show your license to registration officials before you are given your number.  Riders may enter multiple events per USCF rules. Riders will be staged in order of registration. Helmets Required For All Events. Shoulders must be covered. Tri-bars are not allowed in mass start races. You must wear an approved helmet and have it properly fastened at all times you are on a bicycle at a race. This includes while warming up, on or off the course. Photo finish at all criteriums and road races for the weekend. Your racing license must be presented to collect any prizes. Prizes may be paid by check, you maybe required to sign a receipt. Prizes over $600 are reported to the Internal Revenue Service for which Social Security Numbers will be requested. NO REFUNDS, in accordance with USCF rules. All USCF rules to apply.
